Matt Koblick.

I've been the person everything runs through. Here's what I learned getting out of that chair.

The story

I grew up in Woodland Hills, and I still live and work in Los Angeles.

I co-founded SessionGuru, a SaaS platform, and sold it to EOS Worldwide for seven figures two years later. I was also a partner at a Salesforce consulting firm. When we started running the company on EOS, it was worth about $10M. Two years later it sold for $50M.

The tools mattered, but they weren't the whole story. What changed the value was that the company stopped depending on a few people at the top. Decisions got made without waiting on us. The numbers were clear every week. The team knew what mattered and who owned it. That's what a buyer pays for.

After my second exit, I started MK Business Advisors and became an EOS Implementer. I work with founders and leadership teams of companies with 10 to 300 employees who want the same thing: a business that runs well without them in the middle of everything.

For owners who aren't ready for a full implementation, I built the Constraint Method. It starts with a free diagnostic that finds the one constraint holding the business back, then gives you an 8-week course to remove it.

How I work

Help first.

Every conversation should be useful to you, whether or not we ever work together.

Do what you say.

I hold myself to the same accountability I ask of your team.

Do the right thing.

If I'm not the right fit, I'll tell you, and I'll point you to someone who is.
